# Download Log Files

The user may download log files from Aligned Elements, primarily for support / troubleshooting purposes.

All available log files are listed in chronological order. The user may click any file to download it locally.&#x20;

The function can optionally be enabled/disabled in the web.config using the application setting 'showDownloadLogfiles'.&#x20;
