# Tags and Snapshots

Tags are Snapshot sensitive, meaning that when switching on Tags for a Snapshot, the filtering will be done as the Tags were defined at the time of the snapshot. 

If a Tag(s) is activated when taking a snapshot, the Snapshot will only contain the items currently displayed by the tag(s).

To activate Tags for Snapshots, first activate the Tag and then display the Snapshot.
