# Move and Rearrange Chapters and Document Objects

The **Chapter View** displays the content (Document Objects and sub-chapters) of a chapter or book in a tree-like structure. To move and reorder Document Objects and Chapters, click the **Rearrange** button or select the Rearrange Chapters and Document Objects action in the overall ellipsis menu.

This displays the **Rearrange View**. Use **drag and drop** to move or rearrange Document Objects and Chapters. You can hold down the **Shift button** to select multiple items before dragging them to a new location.

Click **OK** to confirm the move action.
