Optional: Open Ports in the Network on Azure hosted Virtual Machines

If your Windows Server is hosted in a Virtual machine on Azure, you need to add endpoints for port 80 and 443 (https) to the VM in the Azure portal to let this specific traffic pass through (otherwise no connection to the server can be made).
