Install URL Rewrite Module

This feature has to be installed from the following Web Site: https://www.iis.net/downloads/microsoft/url-rewrite as shown below. Alternatively, download it directly from https://download.microsoft.com/download/1/2/8/128E2E22-C1B9-44A4-BE2A-5859ED1D4592/rewrite_amd64_en-US.msi (english, x64)

The URL Rewrite Module will appear in the IIS Manager after installation. If it does not appear, restart the IIS Manager.
