Configure Application Options in web config

The web.config can be found in the installation directory (e.g.: C:\inetpub\Elements).

Make the following changes in to the web.config file using e.g. Notepad.

Note! The website will be restarted every time the web.config is stored.

Note! Sometimes Notepad.exe needs to be started in Administrator mode to allow saving of the web.config file.
