Enum User Attribute

The EnumUserAttribute allows to select a user with access to the project.

UserGroups

Sometimes one would like to, instead of select a particular user, select any member of a particular User Group. The available User Groups to select from is configured in the User Groups section and the defined User Group names are then available in the dropdown.

UserGroup

A particular User Group to be included. Note that the User Groups configured are not automatically matched to or checked against the User Groups actually available in the project. Therefore, always make sure that the User Group defined in this section actually exists as User Group in the project. Use the exact names and pay attention to case-sensitivity.

UseAsAssignedToMe

If set to true, the Document Object will appear in My Assigned Items. The default value is true.

SetCurrentUserAsDefault

If set to true, the user creating the Document Object will be used as default value. The default value is false

UserDisplayModality

A User in Aligned Elements has a user name, which is the name used when logging in, and a Full Name which is a person's whole name, including their first name and surname. The UserDisplayModality defines which of these that shall be displayed in the attribute.

There are three available options:

"UserName" - the name with which the User logs in

"FullName" - the person's whole name, often including their first name and surname

"FullNameAndUserName" - a combination of the two options above, displayed as "Full Name [User Name]"
