Import Files
For Document Objects containing File Attributes, existing files can be imported in batch mode.
For Document Objects containing File Attributes, existing files can be imported in batch mode.
To upload/import offline documents to e.g. Attachments or File Objects, use the Import Files function.
Prepare the import set by zipping the files into a zip file.
Select Import Files and in the displayed dialog, browse to the zip file and click OK.
For each file in the zip file:
A document object will be created
The imported file will be associated with the first found File Attribute in the document object
The title of the object will be set to the file name (including file extension)
If the original files exist in a folder structure, an equivalent chapter structure will be automatically created and the files will be placed in the chapters corresponding to the folders of the original files.
