Categories

Edit Projects

You can edit the Project Settings of a project by clicking on the Edit button on the project row.

This will make the editable values in the currently displayed category setting enabled. Edit the values and click the Save or Cancel button to complete or cancel the editing session.

Filter projects

Use the Filter text box to search for relevant project(s) in the list.

Force Template reload

The action lists all projects matching the current application version (to upgrade project version, see below) and allows the user to select for which projects the templates shall be reloaded. This corresponds to 'Force Template Reload' on the 'Load Project' view but can be applied to multiple projects at once.

Upgrade Project version

The action gives the user the opportunity to upgrade multiple projects to the current application version. Only projects having a lower version than the current application version are listed. The user may then select exactly which projects to upgrade. Performing 'Upgrade Project Version' also includes a 'Force template reload'.

View Linked Projects

Click View Linked Projects to display the structure of the linked projects.

In order to see all Parent projects for a given linked project, select a project in the tree and click Display Parent Projects for Selected. This will display all Parent projects linking to the linked project.

Use the Category-selector to display various parts of the sections.

In Aligned Elements, projects can be connected in a hierarchical structure, using a concept called . The View Linked Project section, displays how all linked projects (to which you have access permissions) are connected.
